You still pay for the kit and the first month in the usual way. The free month is applied to a later invoice once the account stays active. Starlink sets the exact timing and amount.

How it works

Check we cover you. Tell us the postcode and we can talk through mounting, trees, cable runs and whether Starlink is the right fit.
Order through our referral link. Open the link below and complete the purchase on starlink.com. Do not order from a retailer, reseller or a transferred kit if you want the referral credit.
Pay the first month as normal. Starlink treats activation as part of confirming the referral.
Book the install. We fit the hardware with galvanised brackets, heavy-gauge alloy mast and a clean route into the house.
Keep service running. Stay subscribed on an eligible plan. Starlink then applies one month of free service to your second month. We receive the referrer reward after the account has stayed active for two billing cycles.

FAQ

Is this an official Starlink discount?
It is Starlink’s own customer referral programme. We share our personal referral link. Space Internet Solutions remains an independent installer with no affiliation to Starlink or Amazon LEO.

Do I get the kit cheaper?
No. The referral is a service credit (one free month for you), not a discount on the dish. Hardware and any local fees still apply.

Can I add the referral after I have already ordered?
Usually no. The purchase needs to be made through the unique link.

I bought a kit on eBay / from a shop. Can you still install it?
Yes, we can often install third-party or transferred kits. That order will not normally qualify for the referral credit.

When does the free month appear?
You pay month one. Starlink applies the credit to a later invoice after activation and continued service. Check your upcoming bill in the Starlink account portal.

Can I refer other people later?
Once you have an active Residential or Roam account, Starlink gives you your own referral link in the app.
