Welcome to Space Internet Solutions. Since the launch of Starlink in spring 2021, we've been on a mission to elevate your Space Internet experience, with thousands of successful installations under our belt.
Now, with the arrival of Amazon Leo, Starlink's competitor, we're proud to offer professional installations for both services. We also provide expert support for home networks and Wi-Fi, so you get the most from your boosted speeds.
Bala (Y Bala) sits at the north end of Llyn Tegid, the largest natural lake in Wales, with the Aran and Arenig mountains around it and the white water centre on the Tryweryn nearby. Starlink and Amazon Leo bring fast satellite broadband to Bala homes, farms and businesses, and our skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers fit both properly. Ask for Andy.
We cover Bala, Llanuwchllyn, Llandderfel, Frongoch and Rhosygwaliau. Fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and most installs are done within a couple of days.

Starlink & Amazon Leo Installation in Bala, Gwynedd
Starlink and Amazon Leo for Bala, from Llanuwchllyn to Rhosygwaliau.
Starlink Installation
Bala has stone terraces along the High Street, chapel houses, bungalows and holiday homes near the lake and farmhouses up the valleys. We fix the dish to a gable, chimney or rear wall, or set it on a pole in the garden or yard where the sky is clearest. Connect with us today!
Home Networking
Let us paint your Bala home in Wi-Fi
Solid walls, chimney breasts and extensions in Bala stone terraces and farmhouses stop Wi-Fi reaching far rooms. We add mesh units or cabled access points so every room, from the kitchen to the loft, gets a strong signal.
Outdoor Wi-fi & p2p
Around Bala many homes have yards, barns, stables, workshops and holiday lets set well away from the house. Weatherproof access points keep the garden, yard and outbuildings online, and a p2p (wireless bridge) takes Starlink or Amazon Leo across to a studio, workshop or annexe.
Amazon Leo
We treat Amazon Leo exactly as we treat Starlink. For Bala households, farms and holiday lets, Amazon's satellite broadband can be the main line or a backup for work and streaming, fitted by skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK. Starlink and Amazon Leo in Bala: your questions answered
Do you install Starlink and Amazon Leo in Bala?
Yes. We are skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK, and we fit both Starlink and Amazon Leo at homes, flats, home offices and businesses across Bala, Llanuwchllyn, Llandderfel and Frongoch.
Do I need planning permission for a dish in Bala?
Bala is inside Eryri National Park, where dish rules are tighter and planning is handled by the Eryri National Park Authority. We site the dish discreetly, usually at the rear, and you can check with the Authority first.
Can Starlink and Amazon Leo work below the mountains at Bala?
Usually, yes, but placement matters. With the Arenig and Aran hills so close, we find the spot with the clearest view of the northern sky, often a tall pole or ridge mount, before we fix anything.
Do you install Starlink and Amazon Leo for Bala businesses?
Yes. We fit both for shops, offices, workshops, farms and campsites in Bala, with business-grade Wi-Fi and backup options.
How do I book an installation in Bala?
Call or text 07534 524684, message us on WhatsApp or email spaceinternetsolutions@gmail.com, and ask for Andy. Every job comes with a fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and installs in Bala are done within a couple of days.
