Welcome to Space Internet Solutions. Since the launch of Starlink in spring 2021, we've been on a mission to elevate your Space Internet experience, with thousands of successful installations under our belt.
Now, with the arrival of Amazon Leo, Starlink's competitor, we're proud to offer professional installations for both services. We also provide expert support for home networks and Wi-Fi, so you get the most from your boosted speeds.
Galgate is a village on the A6 about three miles south of Lancaster, just south of the university, with the River Conder running through it, the Lancaster Canal and its marina, and the old silk mill buildings still standing. Starlink and Amazon Leo give homes and farms a fast satellite option. Our skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers give you a safe, secure and permanent installation. Ask for Andy.
We cover Galgate and nearby Ellel, Dolphinholme, Conder Green and Bailrigg. Fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and most installs are done within a couple of days.

Starlink & Amazon Leo Installation in Galgate, Lancashire
Starlink and Amazon Leo for Galgate, the canal and silk mill village south of Lancaster.
Starlink Installation
Galgate mixes stone cottages along the A6, newer homes, canal-side properties and farms across Ellel towards the Bowland fells. A neat wall or chimney bracket with the right anchors suits the village houses, and on farms a pole lifts the dish clear of barns and trees for an open view of the sky. Connect with us today!
Outdoor Wi-fi & p2p
Farms around Galgate often spread barns and sheds across the yard, and businesses by the canal want cover outdoors. Weatherproof access points reach the yard, garden or moorings, and a p2p (wireless bridge) link carries your Starlink or Amazon Leo connection to the barn, workshop or office. Wi-Fi for staff, guests and the farm office.
Home Networking
Let us paint your Galgate home in Wi-Fi
Galgate homes range from stone cottages with thick walls to modern houses and farmhouses with extensions. We place linked mesh units through the house, cabled back where possible, so Starlink or Amazon Leo reaches every room, the loft and the garden office.
Amazon Leo

For home workers, village businesses and farms around Ellel, that means another way online, or a backup line when you cannot afford to drop out. Our Commitment
Galgate sits on the busy A6 with older stone buildings, the canal and a railway viaduct nearby. We check each fixing point, pick a spot with a clear view of the sky, set up safe access away from traffic and keep gardens, driveways and yards safe while we work. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
From the cottages on the A6 and the canal marina to the farms across Ellel, we can fit Starlink or Amazon Leo at your Galgate property. We also cover nearby Dolphinholme, Conder Green, Bailrigg, Lancaster and Garstang. Starlink and Amazon Leo in Galgate: your questions answered
Do you install Starlink and Amazon Leo in Galgate?
Yes. We are skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK, and we fit both Starlink and Amazon Leo at homes, farms, holiday lets and businesses in Galgate and across Ellel.
Is Amazon Leo a good backup in Galgate?
Amazon Leo is a new satellite broadband service, so it can sit next to Starlink or a fixed line as a backup for Galgate home workers and businesses, or be the main connection on a farm. Ask for Andy and we will talk through which setup suits you.
Will trees by the river or canal block the dish in Galgate?
Trees along the Conder and the canal can hide part of the sky from some homes, so we check the view before fitting. A higher bracket on a gable or chimney, or a pole on open ground, usually gives Starlink or Amazon Leo a clear line of sight.
Can the dish be fitted discreetly on an older Galgate house?
Yes. We favour a rear wall, chimney back or outbuilding and use anchors suited to the stone or brick. If your home is listed or in a conservation area, check with Lancaster City Council before we fit.
How do I book an installation in Galgate?
Call or text 07534 524684, message us on WhatsApp or email spaceinternetsolutions@gmail.com, and ask for Andy. Every job comes with a fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and installs in Galgate are done within a couple of days.
