Welcome to Space Internet Solutions. Since the launch of Starlink in spring 2021, we've been on a mission to elevate your Space Internet experience, with thousands of successful installations under our belt.
Now, with the arrival of Amazon Leo, Starlink's competitor, we're proud to offer professional installations for both services. We also provide expert support for home networks and Wi-Fi, so you get the most from your boosted speeds.
Newtown, Y Drenewydd in Welsh, is the largest town in Powys, set on the River Severn, and the social reformer Robert Owen was born here in 1771. Whether you choose Starlink or Amazon Leo, Newtown homes and businesses get a neat, secure fit from our skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers. Ask for Andy.
We work across Newtown, Treowen, Maesyrhandir and Llanllwchaiarn. Fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and we can usually fit within a couple of days.

Starlink & Amazon Leo Installation in Newtown, Powys
Starlink and Amazon Leo across Newtown, from Treowen to Llanllwchaiarn.
Starlink Installation
Newtown has Victorian brick terraces near the centre and Penygloddfa, and larger post-war estates at Treowen and Maesyrhandir. We mount the dish on a gable end, a chimney or a back wall, or on a garden pole, wherever it gets the clearest view of the northern sky. Connect with us today!
Home Networking
Let us paint your Newtown home in Wi-Fi
Solid walls, chimney breasts and rear extensions in Newtown terraces and semis often leave far rooms with weak Wi-Fi. We fit mesh units or cabled access points so the whole house, loft to kitchen, gets a strong signal.
Outdoor Wi-fi & p2p
Newtown family homes tend to have long back gardens, garages and garden offices at the end of the plot. We fit weatherproof outdoor access points, and a p2p (wireless bridge) carries Starlink or Amazon Leo to a garden office, studio or annexe.
Amazon Leo
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband, and it gives Newtown households and home workers a genuine choice alongside Starlink, as the main line or a backup. Skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK fit it to the same standard as every Starlink job. Connect to the future of internet today! Amazon Leo installation

Starlink and Amazon Leo in Newtown: your questions answered
Do you install Starlink and Amazon Leo in Newtown?
Yes. We are skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK, and we fit both Starlink and Amazon Leo at homes, flats, home offices and businesses across Newtown, Treowen, Maesyrhandir and Llanllwchaiarn.
Will I need planning permission for a dish in Newtown?
Most Newtown homes can have a dish without planning permission if it is sited sensibly. Listed buildings and conservation areas are stricter, so check with Powys County Council if you are unsure.
Is the river valley in Newtown a problem for satellite broadband?
Rarely. Along the River Severn the ground is low and fairly open, so most Newtown homes have a good view north. Riverside trees and taller neighbours are what we check before choosing a wall or pole mount.
Starlink or Amazon Leo: which suits my Newtown home?
Both give fast satellite broadband in Newtown. We go through speeds, kit and set-up for each over the phone, then fit whichever you choose to the same standard.
How do I book an installation in Newtown?
Call or text 07534 524684, message us on WhatsApp or email spaceinternetsolutions@gmail.com, and ask for Andy. Every job comes with a fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and installs in Newtown are done within a couple of days.
