Starlink & Amazon Leo Installation in Slaidburn, Lancashire
Starlink and Amazon Leo for Slaidburn, the stone village on the River Hodder in the Forest of Bowland.
Starlink Installation
Slaidburn is a village of gritstone cottages and farmhouses, with outlying farms spread along the Hodder valley under open fell. Stone walls and chimneys take a discreet bracket with anchors rated for stone, and on valley-bottom farms a pole lifts the dish above trees, barns and the shoulder of the hill so it gets a clear view of the sky. Outdoor Wi-fi & p2p
Bowland farms often have the house, shippons and holiday barns spread across a yard, and campsites and bunk barns need cover well away from the building. Weatherproof access points light up the yard or field, and a p2p (wireless bridge) link carries your Starlink or Amazon Leo connection across to the barn, workshop or cottage. Wi-Fi for guests, stock checks and the farm office.
Home Networking
Let us paint your Slaidburn home in Wi-Fi
Old stone walls in Slaidburn cottages can be close to a metre thick, and farmhouses with later extensions spread rooms far from the router. We place linked mesh units room by room, cabled back where possible, so Starlink or Amazon Leo reaches the kitchen, the bedrooms and the office alike.
Amazon Leo
Amazon Leo is the new satellite broadband service from Amazon, and it is set to give Slaidburn a real second choice alongside Starlink. For farms, holiday lets and home workers in the Forest of Bowland, that means another way to get online, or a backup line when the connection matters most. Skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK will mount it properly, set it up with you and check every device connects. Connect to the future of internet today! Our Commitment
Slaidburn jobs take in listed and older stone cottages where fixings must stay low-key, farm buildings with fragile roofs, and exposed sites where Bowland weather tests every bracket. We check each fixing point first, pick a position with a clear view of the sky, set up safe access and keep yards, gardens and livestock safe while we work. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
From the cottages around the green to the hill farms and holiday lets up the Hodder valley, we can fit Starlink or Amazon Leo at your Slaidburn property. We also cover nearby Newton-in-Bowland, Dunsop Bridge, Bolton-by-Bowland, Sawley and Clitheroe. Call or text 07534 524684, WhatsApp or email and ask for Andy for a chat about what would suit you, and we will gladly give advice.
Starlink and Amazon Leo in Slaidburn: your questions answered
Do you install Starlink and Amazon Leo in Slaidburn?
Yes. We are skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK, and we fit both Starlink and Amazon Leo at homes, farms, holiday lets and businesses in Slaidburn and across the Forest of Bowland.
Is Amazon Leo a good option for a farm or holiday let near Slaidburn?
Amazon Leo is a new satellite broadband service, so it gives rural properties in the Hodder valley a second choice next to Starlink, or a backup line for bookings, card payments and farm paperwork. Ask for Andy and we will talk through which service suits your property.
Will the hills around Slaidburn block the satellite dish?
The fells can block part of the sky, so we check the view from your property before fixing anything. A higher bracket on a chimney or gable, or a pole away from trees and barns, usually gives Starlink or Amazon Leo a clear line of sight.
Can the dish be fitted discreetly on a stone cottage in Slaidburn?
Yes. We look for a rear wall, the back of the chimney or an outbuilding first, and use anchors rated for stone. For listed buildings or homes in a conservation area, check with Ribble Valley Borough Council before we fit.
How do I book an installation in Slaidburn?
Call or text 07534 524684, message us on WhatsApp or email spaceinternetsolutions@gmail.com, and ask for Andy. Every job comes with a fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and installs are done within a couple of days.
