Welcome to Space Internet Solutions. Since the launch of Starlink in spring 2021, we've been on a mission to elevate your Space Internet experience, with thousands of successful installations under our belt.
Now, with the arrival of Amazon Leo, Starlink's competitor, we're proud to offer professional installations for both services. We also provide expert support for home networks and Wi-Fi, so you get the most from your boosted speeds.
Rhymney, Rhymni in Welsh, sits at the head of the Rhymney Valley, and the poet Idris Davies, born here, wrote the words that became the song The Bells of Rhymney. Starlink and Amazon Leo are both on offer for your Rhymney property, surveyed and fitted by our skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers. Ask for Andy.
We work across Rhymney, Pontlottyn, Abertysswg and Butetown. Fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and we can usually fit within a couple of days.

Starlink & Amazon Leo Installation in Rhymney, Caerphilly
Starlink and Amazon Leo across Rhymney, from Pontlottyn to Butetown.
Starlink Installation
Rhymney has long terraces along the valley floor, the listed Butetown cottages built for ironworkers and newer homes towards Pontlottyn. Chimney brackets, wall mounts and garden poles all come with us, and the survey decides which one gives the dish the widest northern view. Connect with us today!
Home Networking
Let us paint your Rhymney home in Wi-Fi
Terraces and cottages in Rhymney often have thick walls and add-on extensions that block Wi-Fi. We map the signal room by room and place mesh or wired access points where it drops.
Outdoor Wi-fi & p2p
Rhymney homes often have long, steep back gardens with sheds, workshops and garden rooms up the slope, out of the router's reach. Outdoor access points keep the garden online, and where a cable run is not practical we set up a p2p (wireless bridge) to the outbuilding.
Amazon Leo
Amazon's new Amazon Leo satellite broadband now sits beside Starlink as a real option for Rhymney households and home workers. We survey, mount and set it up just as carefully, as your main broadband or a backup. Skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK. Connect to the future of internet today! Starlink and Amazon Leo in Rhymney: your questions answered
Do you install Starlink and Amazon Leo in Rhymney?
Yes. We are skilled Ex Forces PLEO installers working nationwide across the UK, and we fit both Starlink and Amazon Leo at homes, flats, home offices and businesses across Rhymney, Pontlottyn, Abertysswg and Butetown.
Are there rules on satellite dishes in Rhymney?
Rhymney lies just south of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. Most homes outside the park can have a sensibly sited dish without planning permission, but check with Caerphilly County Borough Council for listed buildings and conservation areas.
Is wind a problem for a dish in Rhymney?
It can be. Homes on the moorland at the head of the Rhymney Valley take the full force of the weather, so we use a heavy-duty bracket or pole fixed into sound masonry, keep the cable tight to the wall and seal the entry.
Can I run Amazon Leo as a backup in Rhymney?
Yes. We can fit Amazon Leo alongside Starlink or your fixed line, so your Rhymney home or business stays online if one connection fails.
How do I book an installation in Rhymney?
Call or text 07534 524684, message us on WhatsApp or email spaceinternetsolutions@gmail.com, and ask for Andy. Every job comes with a fixed price guarantee, quoted over the phone, and installs in Rhymney are done within a couple of days.
