Two Starlink High Performance Kits, a Wireless Bridge and 5G Failover: A Multi-Building Install

We recently completed a multi-site install for a business that needed reliable internet across several buildings. The result: two Starlink High Performance kits, a wireless bridge and a 5G failover, all set up by Andy and Phil from Space Internet Solutions for one very happy customer.

The set-up at a glance

Building 1: a dedicated Starlink High Performance kit for a high-usage building.
Building 2: about 500 metres away, with its own separate Starlink High Performance connection for security.
The warehouse: about 400 metres further on, connected from Building 2 with a wireless bridge.
5G failover: two 5G failover units, fitted at the customer's request.

Building 1: a dedicated kit for a high-usage building

The first building sees very high usage, so it was given a Starlink High Performance kit dedicated to that one building.

Building 2: a separate connection for security, 500 metres away

The second building is about 500 metres away from the first. It needed a separate internet connection for security, so we fitted a second Starlink High Performance kit there.

A wireless bridge to the warehouse, 400 metres on

The customer's warehouse is about 400 metres further on from the second building. We connected it back to Building 2 with a wireless bridge.

5G failover, just in case

The customer also asked for a backup, so we fitted two 5G failover units in case Starlink ever goes down. That is highly unlikely, but it gave the customer extra peace of mind.
